The Bosch GST18V-50B 18V Brushless Barrel-Grip Jig Saw provides corded performance, with a cutting capability up to 4.9 In. in wood and 500 to 3,500 strokes per minute speed. It has four orbital-action settings for cut control and auto-stop to stop the stroke mechanism. The saw also has a large die-cast aluminum footplate with no-mar plastic overshoe, a dust blower and LED light for max cut-line visibility, and a tool-free T-shank blade-change system. This a very well built and heavy duty jig saw. It cuts just as well as my corded Bosch jigsaw and not needing to deal with a cord makes it handier. I like barrel-grip jigsaws as the are more comfortable for me to grip and control. Bosch makes great tools.

This is an incredibly solid, powerful device. One of it's biggest virtues is also its only downfall. It is a very heavy tool and requires a large, strong hand to be suitably gripped. It's weight also means it stays highly stable and minutely maneuverable when cutting thru even thin (well supported) plywood. It's doesn't even blink at heavier plywood. Pair it with the 6AH non-Bosch battery.
