I put this on a Ford tractor. It was simple to put on and worked as it should. Shipping was fast, and the kit contained everything I needed to complete the job.

I had another nylon hose that is like 25 years old... it broke at a junction (i thought i blew the engine up there was so much smoke coming off the headers).. but it was just the broken nylon oil line.. i relocated the block connection with an extender i found on Amzn also ('cause on a 289 they are hard to get to on the block). It all worked out well.. no more junctions in the line from the sender (source connection really) to the gauge, no leaks.. all good.

I needed to replace a dripping worn line. The new set works much better but the new pipe leaks a very little bit too at the fitting.

Needed to replace a tubing fitting on an auto meter boost line. This kit was cheaper than just a single fitting.

I used this kit to connect Oil Pressure gauge for my new build SB 350. It was easy to use and came with different attachments... so that was nice. All around - good kit.

The main thing to be aware of is that the nylon tubing is tightly coiled and does not want to straighten. I used a heat gun. If you hung a weight to it and left in a warm place maybe that would also straighten it. And while I have not seen kits include them, there should be brass inserts to install inside the tubing to work better with compression fittings. But I bought this as a temp setup and it worked for that.

Comes with 2 compression sleeves and assorted 1/8 and 1/4 pipe thread adapters. No instructions. Do not over crimp the tubing. Tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turn after snug. This tubing is very stiff and sturdy. It will not stay uncoiled. You can not bend this to get into a tight space.
