I had a similar ratchet-style belt from a different company that starts with a "M" and after 4 years, the leather belt was delaminating in multiple areas. The buckle was perfectly fine, albeit a little scratched up. So I came on Amazon to look for just a replacement belt without the buckle. To my surprise, the price for the belt was 3x the cost of this Bostanten belt and buckle. After reading some reviews, I decided to give this Bostanten belt a try. At worst, I can return it to Amazon. When the belt arrived, I was very surprised. The packaging, the materials, and the buckle all exceeded my expectations of a $13 belt. After a month of everyday use, I can say this belt is worth every penny. Functions just like my old ratchet belt I've used for the past 4 years and the buckle seems to not scratch as easily. The belt is also wider (40mm vs 35mm for my old one). If you're looking for a belt, definitely give this a try as it's well worth its price.

This is exactly as it appears. It's a great quality belt w/o holes. My old belt had the adjustment holes tore up and it was too large. I found this by accident. The belt ratchets through the buckle, It has a quick release lever that simply is simple pulled to release it. No holes at all. It works fantastic and looks great, The buckle is a sturdy metal buckle. Not cheap or flimsy in any way. I honestly was looking for an inexpensive alternative to belts on-line and in the stores. I didn't know what too expect when I ordered this one and I'm blown away.

Very nice belt. I bought one for my husband and son. The only issue is the smell of my husbands. It gave off a mildew like smell that was very strong. We hung the belt in the garage for a few days and that helped some. If it continues to smell in another week we’ll exchange it.

This belt is truly amazing for the quality and accuracy of adjusting the size to fit perfectly. Usually the holes in leather belts wear out much earlier than the belt itself. I feel this belt will last forever.Very affordable and stylish product.

This belt is high quality leather. we liked it so much , purchased the other colors. Easy to take on and off, This belt locks in place to secure your pants. it does not unlock. Much better than the traditional looping belts. Looks really clean and nice. Sizing not an issue , especially when you choose it yourself.

Very impressed with this belt! Feels and looks great. Was really easy to cut and adjust it. Putting the belt on and taking it off is very satisfying. I was really impressed with the packaging considering the very low price of it. And the buckle is freaking excellent. I most definitely recommend this belt if you’re looking for a quality belt that adjusts more accurately to fit versus the typical punch hole belts.

I have four of these ratchet belts. I love the way they are perfectly adjustable and hold tight without slipping. Not having holes seems to make them less prone to cracking and wear. The quality is great. Good finish to the buckle and leather. Looks sharp.

It was an attractive part of my wardrobe right away, after I got got used to of the release mechanism. I have high hopes of a long life from it too. I really have no negative views of belt to discuss, at least not yet. It is a good serviceable item at this point.
