This was my third purchase of the same model. While the quality is good, why do they bother giving you a box of 5000 staples? The stapler has never lasted that long. The jams generally start around the 3000 mark and get worse. The life expectancy is 1 1/2 years and about 4000 staples. Shame on me for buying the same model three times over the past 5 years. I thought it was the only option for our needs. Never again. Moving on to a different manufacturer that has a close to same max. sheet capacity. The three star rating is because for the 1st year good results, after that, a downhill slide.

i was not at all happy with the product... the machine is to loud. jumps out of place when stapling and jams alot. not satisfied at all am returning. not happy
