Our team of engineers leads the industry in innovation and design. Utilizing our advanced laboratory, our team of engineers conducts environmental testing to study the effects of storm forces and other weather conditions, withdrawal testing to evaluate new coatings, penetration testing to evaluate drive characteristics, and development testing to optimize withdrawal, shear and pull-through performance. Bostitch® stick nails are designed, engineered and manufactured in four different forms and are generally identified by what holds the nails together – plastic, wire, paper or adhesive. Adhesive collation is used on finish nails and brads for trim and fine woodwork. Finish nails and brads range in length from 3/8” to 2-1/2” with diameters ranging from 15 to 23 gauge. The plastic, wire and paper collated nails are used for general framing and crating applications. Stick nails range in length from 1-1/2” to 6-1/4” with diameters ranging from 0.113 to 0.165 inches.

These work great for me as I have done construction for 50 years. Pay attention to the degree of nail angle that your gun takes. 1 or 2 degree difference will fit in your gun and may even work for and hour or 8 but they will eventually jam and screw up your gun. These work awesome in my dewalt gun that takes this degree. Also take note that clipped heads probably won't pass inspection on shear wall nailing in larger cities with really picky inspectors. I would challenge them to try to pull these nails out because they certainly pull out twice as hard as hand drive full head nails but strictly letter of law and little to no on job experience these will get turned down so check with inspector on clipped head shearwalls. Not speaking about any particular nail, but always check angle you need and clipped vs. unclipped head.

I use these nails with my Bostitch Framing gun and love the nails. no misfires and I can fit 4 sleeves on one reload. Let's me get a lot of work done without having to reload. Price was great compared to brick and mortar shops. Can't beat that!

Great nails for a great price. All the nails work the same, but these nails were about half the price of others. They worked great in my Craftsman 28 degree nailer.
