Utilized in a busy retail pharmacy, so it definitely gets a workout. Used hundreds of times a day, 6 days a week. Has never jammed or given us any problems whatsoever. Fires instantly with a decisive **SNAP**, maybe 1/10th of a second and it's done. Rated for 20 pages at a time, but handled some 30-page insurance documents with ease. The suction cups hold it solidly in place, & it does have an adjustable depth setting if you need it. Can't imagine working without it.

I liked it at first. After reloading the staples twice it did not staple well. The staples will not flatten and close upon stapling. The staple just flops around and will easily lift out. It is useless on anything less than 5-6 sheets of paper. It still doesn't work with more papers, but at lease the bulk of the papers keeps the staple from flopping around. I am using the Bostitch staples that came with the stapler and have even purchased another box of Bostitch staples in the case that the staples were faulty. Disappointed.

In my day job, I do a lot of stapling, can easily power through a full strip or more on a daily basis - so I need a hassle free electric stapler - so far this is doing the job (over the years I have had more than one die off on me, I highly recommend getting the premium staples. This pretty much ready to go out of the box, and did come with four strips of staples, in the very handy spots on either side of where the staples are loaded for use. Note: this stapler does hold a full strip of staples, unlike other smaller models in the same price range as this is. It is about 7" long and 4" high at the front, and compact enough for my smaller workplace without getting in the way. At the top there is a removable staple puller, which I wasn't aware of and thought I'd broken something. Another plus is the light at the front to let me know the last staple has been used, another plus because others I have owned have had either no warning light, or the light at the back where it's hard to notice.I am undecided on the suction cups to keep it in place, they're almost a bit too much suction going on and it's a bit of a pull to get it loose if I have to move it. The only other thing I can think to mention is that when you push the button to open the stapler carriage, there is a bit of a pull needed to get it open, it doesn't pop out on its own like other models I've used. All in all, I am very happy, I've put it through a good test in the last week or so and not a single jam up yet, and it is fairly quiet compared to others I've used.

AMENDED REVIEW:After two years the stapler started jamming and very frequently tries to pass two staples. This has been reported by others. The use has been in a home office, maybe a few times a day at most. So much for the anti-jamming mechanism. I have to use needle-nose pliers.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Great unit for home-office use. Didn't seem so loud to us. Pretty normal sound for an electric stapler. Wife particularly loves it because it is, so far, very reliable, uses standard staples, and is easy on her hands. Nice clean stapling, even with 25 pages.

its no noisier then my old electric stapler I had no problems with jamsI love the built in stapler storage I don't have to search for staples whenout of staples. It works as designed. I would have given it five starsbut the slide sticks when I open it.

Works good and staples well. I don't use it constantly but I do have a lot to staple when I do use it. (25 - 50 sets of 2-10 pages)and it works. Once in a while it has a miss fire, but for the most part I would recommend. I love that it has sucktion cups on the bottom that hold it in place.

very good delivery, excellent sturdy stapler, used in a busy school office just be aware you will need to change the plug to a UK 3 pin plug, or you can purchase a razor plug adapter( but change the fuse in this to a 5 Amp or greater as the power needed for the stapler will blow the fitted fuse)overall very pleased

PURCHASED FOR OFFICE. SAYS CAN STAPLE 12 SHEETS, NOT SO SURE. EVERY TIME I TRIED, WOULD JAM. SO STUCK TO 3-4 SHEETS AND WORKED FINE FOR A FEW MONTHS MORE. MACHINE STARTED NOT TO STAPLE--STAPLES NOT ADVANCING WHEN ONLY SMALL STRAND LEFT. REPLACE WITH COMPLETE NEW STRAND--WORK FOR A BIT, THEN JAMMED UP, UNCLOGGED, ALL WORKING FINE AGAIN FOR ANOTHER FEW ROUNDS AND GET JAMMED UP AGAIN --NOT SURE WHY, EVERYTHING SEEMED OK. AND YES, USING STANDARD STAPLES --DIDN'T EVEN GO THROUGH A BOX! GAVE UP AND WENT BACK TO MANUAL STAPLER. NO FURTHER ISSUES. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...

Seems to have lots of power, I like the adjustable depth for stapleing close or further from edge of paper and the ability to staple on an angle, feels like a good product, the suction cup type feet grip well and likely won’t fall from desk top like my last one did.An added bonus , this unit is twenty dollars less than my last Bostitch
