I was at a hotel and found a Bosu Ball at the hotel's fitness center and started using it. Once you start you will get hooked! It adds complexity and rigor to any workout so that you can compound the benefits. This is a powerful and transformative tool that will enhance many, many movements. Lots of great videos online to give you workout ideas with it. Just incredibly versatile and a brilliant invention! I am hooked and can't stop using it. It's actually made me a better athlete overall and I am someone who does Crossfit 4-5 a week. It's improved my body composition and has given me a better sense of body confidence and athletic ability. Bosu Ball is a gamechanger!

So I went with the Pro Version, "Used - Like New" and saved me a little cash....got the price down to close to what the home version would have cost. Came in perfect condition. I "had" to get the red and black because those are my home gym colors. Hahah...home gym nerrrrrrd alert...:-P I've used BOSU balls before...but this Pro version feels heavy and the ball portion feels thick AF. I considered the new NexGen style...but the reviews were a little hit and miss...probably because it's a newer version and maybe all the kinks haven't been worked out. This Pro version has been around for a long time....plus the new NexGen didn't come in red or black...hahaha.I used it this morning for wide grip pushups ball side down and close grip pushups ball side up.....and it kicked my butt. I can do(ish) regular pushups...but I like the extra instability to work all the little shoulder and so forth stablelizer muscles.I thought it would be heavy and nice....but it's even heavier and nicer tbh....and a great and super sexxxy addition to my home gym.Can't wait to keep using it to get to know suffering....:-)

I have used BOSU for over a decade through gym memberships. I love using them and now I finally have one. This is an excellent piece of equipment. Very helpful and enjoyable in multiple areas of fitness.

Sturdy. Overall good except the packaging did not include the valve removal tool. I used a bicycle pump to inflate the ball, the included pump was insufficient.

The BOSU Ball is my absolute favorite piece of exercise equipment. It is so versatile and I am able to use it for a complete body workout. From strengthening my legs and core to improving my balance, BOSU does it all!!!
