Ordered this to mount on our new farmhouse sink from Italy. Needed this since the farmhouse sink mounts are thick and the standard ones don't extend deep enough. I did the work myself and I highly recommend. After more than a year, as of this review, it is still good. The finish and fit of this product are good. Will recommend to others.

If you are buying this, you probably bought fireclay sink which is thicker than your old sink, and used short flange. You WILL NEED longer screws though and will not likely find the right type of screw in local hardware store. I did buy longer screw from local hardwar store, but had to make some modification to the head in order for it to fit around the locking ring of the food disposal. Leaving the round head on the screw prevents the disposal from locking. The screws also cannot be too long, otherwise it would prevent the disposal from fiting in the space. The 3rd picture shows 3 screws: old from old flange, one that i modified, and one that was too long (left to right). I used Bench grinder to round off the head on the screw. Iwas able to use wrench to tighten it aftewards. Hope this helps.

Fits as it should but it was a little long for the standard garbage disposal bracket. Had to modify but it’s working. Stopper stops and the strainer strains.

I’ve had this since June 2023 and it needs to be replaced already. Don’t waste you money. Chips and the paint comes completely off

This is a very nice sink flange, especially for the “farm house†style “fire glazed†porcelain sink. I’m glad I read the review about getting longer bolts and modifying. This is a very straight forward install - have your plumbers putty ready also to put around the flange. I ended up getting 5/16†all thread from tractor supply and cut 3 pieces into 2-1/4â€. Then I took a grinder with a cut off wheel and notched the end for a flat head. Worked like a charm.

This disposal is very heavy as I expect it would be, it’s a beast! It’s about 6†longer then my older disposal. But this disposal 1 1/2 HP & the older disposal was only 3/4 HP! Old disposal lasted 20 years, so we’re hoping this new garbage eating monster will outlast our lifetime at least? It’s supposed to be very quiet too? So I’m looking forward to hearing how loud it is? Be great if it’s quieter then our old disposal was? I’ll update this review once I get it installed and see how it performs? Judging by the looks though, I’m expecting a 5 Star disposal!
