I was very impressed with the overall quality of this unit. The welds are clean and sturdy and the powder coating is excellent. Nice-size lag bolts and washers are included. The hitch keeper slots top and bottom are pretty useful and well labeled. I have mine installed vertically in my garage (for space saving) and have a 1Up USA rack in the main slot. Two bolts holding mount and rack into a stud, are plenty sturdy. No complaints at all.

Solid piece, works great for my tow hitch bike rack. Keeps rack off the garage floor when not in use, and with bike on it, takes up the same space as the bike used to before. Love it.

Came with the appropriate hardware, instructions and once works well. Currently holding 2-place bike rack and 2 fat tire e-bikes.

It seems really sturdy, mounting instructions were straightforward, and all hardware arrived with the product. However, it is about an inch too short for the bolt hole in my Yakima rack to line up with the hole in the wall mount. It’s in place pretty firmly, but I would like the extra security of being able to put the bolt through to make sure my kids don’t accidentally pull it off the wall or something.

Works great to hold our E bike rack. It is a fairly heavy bike rack and this holds it very nicely. One thing to note though when mounting it on the garage wall, the bolts that they send with are huge! If you do not hit the 2 x 4 dead Center (and even if you do) the 2 x 4 may split. I used a 2 x 10 fastened it across three studs and then attached the hitch mount to the 2 x 10. That works well.

This item feels really solidly built, and comes with everything needed to install it in my garage. The four screws are M10, and I found that a 1/4 inch drill bit made the right size holes in the 2x4 studs in my garage. Then a 14 mm socket to tighten up the screws - you will probably need an extension bar on your socket wrench to completely tighten the screws.I mounted my Kuat bike rack sideways, so it has a smaller footprint on the floor and takes up more space upwards. Very happy with this setup.

This is so much better and cheaper than the Küat RackDock. It holds up the rack with no issues. Very easy to install and looks good when you finally get the rack on it.

The hole for the pin is in the wrong place. I can’t us the pin to mount my Kuat. Get it together, guys!

Holds my bike rack off the floor and has spots to hold other hitch accessories. Well made.

Really sturdy product. With the 1-1/4 adaptor inside , there is some wobble. Would give 5 starts if the adaptor fit snug with bike rack
