My 11-year-old picked and purchased these for himself. He is a very slim child. They look great and fit well. Only down side is no adjustable waste, so he does need to wear a belt with them. But the look is worth the 5 stars still. He loves the tears and zippers.

First off, these are nice pants and they are made well and look cute. I bought them as part of a costume and the quality was actually better than I had expected. The issue is the sizing. My 10 year old wears a 10 in length and usually pants are baggy in the waist, but these were enormous on him, at least 8 inches too wide, if not more. There’s no sizing inside so you’ll need a belt to cinch them in, but if your child is on the skinny side like mine, better to look elsewhere because they look way too baggy. They’re definitely wider than his pants from places like Zara, GAP, and smaller designer brands. Length is spot on though. If your child is on the heavier side, these may be a good option for skinny jeans as many skinnies fit very snug. If they’re somewhere in the middle you’d be able to get away with a belt. For us, we ended up buying a different pair for him to wear and these are going back.

These pants did not come with the three black zippers on the upper thigh area, they were not a tapered leg, and they did not have any extra fabric on the knees to make them a "moto" jean. My son is so disappointed :(.
