Fitting info seems to be right and helpful. Ordered size measurments indicated. Not too tight. Have a little rubber-ish band inside to keep from slipping. Haven't worn all day. Getting cold today so I'll give it a spin. These appear to be very thin but theory is that a warm layer of air will protect.

These are basic arm/leg warmers that do a generally fine job of keeping the chill off arms and legs while riding. These are definitely not as plush or thick as similar items from name brands (I've had Pearl Izumi in the past that were much warmer), but for a milder climate like So-Cal, they work fine. On colder mornings where temp was 40 before wind chill, these felt a little light, and wind was cutting through on downhill sides, but for cooler morning rides, they work fine. I've had these about a month now, with washing on delicate cycle and hanging to dry, and the silicone grippers are starting to flake off, so not sure how much more use I'll have from them.

Being a 5'9", 147-pound male, both the arm sleeves and leg sleeves fit me perfectly – not excessively long or short, and they're not loose. These sleeves are thinner than other arm warmers I've used before, which suits me well as I mainly use them for UV protection. They offer excellent value and comfort.

These work great for fall or spring riding but aren’t the best for colder days. I live in WI and was hoping these could see me through much colder weather. They’ll be great for layering but not solo during super cold riding. Greet value!

I wore these and snow plowed and kept me warm but it is very thin so be careful otherwise their goes your money.
