I bought this for my 7- year old grandson and it fits perfectly. It is a bit longer in the back then most rain jackets so it will cover his butt when he sits. It is soft inside but the lining doesn't make the jacket hot. The colors are bright and look exactly as they do in the picture. We love the removable hood, too.

Good quality except for the snaps on the hood, one pulled out of jacket after very few times of use! Another one is about to do the same thing!!😪My son loves the compass on the sleeve, however, & it is a nice lightweight rain-proof jacket! Considering sewing the hood on permanently to solve the defective snap problem. Edited: after sewing the hood on permanently to cover up the broken snaps, this has been a great jacket and my son loves it!

This jacket has a soft fleece lining all through the sleeves which my son loves. The orange jacket is actually darker and more of a rust color. Not exactly as pictured, but he didn’t mind the color. It seems like a good quality jacket. It’s perfect for spring and fall in Minnesota. We would purchase again.
