I really appreciate the level of sun protection this shirt provides. My four year old (who is tall so he got the size 6) really loves to be out at the beach so much that he often gets burned despite my best efforts. With this shirt, that has been greatly reduced. I just have to watch his ears and face now but everywhere else on his upper body is protected. He complains sometimes about it being hot before he can actually get wet but that pretty normal I think. The shirt is easy to take on and off, even when it’s wet and it drys really fast. I like the way the material feels and it fits him just like a size 6 should. Really happy with this!

This is a nice solid rash guard. I like that it is a zip up in the front which makes it easier for putting on or taking off when wet. I love that when I put this on my son I don't have to worry about piling on the sunblock because this keeps the sun's rays off his upper body. I ordered this in blue and it is a great color, it matches many pairs of his swim trunks. He reached for this one often on vacation because he liked the thumb holes. I used the sizing chart and it fits him great.

I ordered this boys rash guard in white, XL, intending to use it for myself (a 5’8†grown female). The biceps were a little snug, but the shirt worked perfectly for my recent trip to Hawaii, preventing sunburned shoulders on both me and my friend when she borrowed it. The fabric snags easily, but that’s pretty standard for sun shirt material. Good buy!

My poor kids inherited my extremely fair skin and my husband's extra-skinny frame. This makes swimming an adventure year-round. In the winter, in indoor pools, they freeze from lack of "natural insulation" and in the summer they burn without reapplication of sunscreen every 60 minutes. This rash guard is perfect. When worn in the indoor pool in the winter it gives just enough "insulation" that they're not shivering in the pool, and the thumb holes in the sleeves keep not only the arms but the back of the hands covered in the sun to avoid burns. And yes, the backs of hands can and do burn for some of us fair-skinned people.

I got this rash guard jacket for my 8 year old grandson, but my 7 year old granddaughter instantly swiped it. The Medium is a bit large on her, (but fits him just right). The jacket is comfortable and light and will offer a nice amount of protection from the sun and wind on beach days (or any day you want a light jacket). The zipper has been working fine for us and the color is bright and beautiful!

I have a fairly skinny just turned 6yo, and the XS (meant for 6-7 yos) is just a bit loose for him, which is to be expected. It zips easily and doesn't get caught. My son didn't say a peep when I put it on him and he wore it comfortably during a multi-day trip.Only strange thing was that it took longer to dry than the rest of our swim gear, which entailed swim suits, pants, and other rash guards. We probably wouldn't have noticed except we washed all four of our swim gear at the same time and this one annoyingly took longer than the rest. Still, I love the bright color and comfortable fit.And, no greasy film or strange smell that so many new clothes comes with these days!

This rash guard is nicely made. The fabric is typical of rash guards. It makes for a nice layering piece in cool weather, or light weight sun protection in warmer weather. The zipper makes this item very versatile for layering or adjusting for varying temperature conditions. The thumb holes in the sleeves help to keep the sleeves in place when adding top layers. Highly recommend.
