I have a low-pressure application and there is not enough flow though the switch for my application, but the switch did work (indicated whether there was flow or not). There just were not enough specs to determine if it would work. On a higher pressure application (maybe greater than 10psi??) it might be just fine, or if you don't need a lot of flow for your application.

I installed the flow switch to start en electronic heater at home, and it works excellent so far.It is a robust switch with 1/2" NPT female conection.

Sensor is stuck.I have this on my tankless boilerwhen the hot water is turned on the water flows thru the sensor and turns on the boiler.when the faucet is turned off the sensor is stuck so the boiler stays on.dangerousalso was very difficult plumbing this in.the listing has some Q&A stating incorrectly that this has national pipe thread standards which are taperedbut this item does not taper and the supplier even states so, the threads are straight the whole way through.Have to buy this: https://www.amazon.com/Adapters-Fitting-Adapter-Sealing-Washers/dp/B083VW7K92/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=1%2F2%22+bspp+adapter&qid=1624403527&sr=8-3I had to uninstall it because of the leaks and the stuck switch.can they send me the new one where the switch does not get stuckthe new one should have the national pipe thread taper (NPT)I also see rust forming on the inside...shouldn't this be stainless steel so it won't rust?It was all nice and shiny! No rust! Looked like stainless steel! Can't believe it is rusting! i can only get about 2gpm through the flow switch at about 40psi of water pressure. not good enough for my use. otherwise, nicely made.

The sensor worked good. But it is out of usage now.

It is functioning good but one of the wires broke from very end and caused problem. where the wires connect to the sensor need reinforced.
