I purchased this Brake Master Cylinder Fluid Reservoir Cap with the idea to replace an original part that had a couple of inside plastic pieces damaged to the point where it would not close tightly anymore.I was able to operate my car the entire time with that issue ongoing. Still, I knew I had to replace it because it's not good for the car long term to do that. After stopping at a couple of auto parts stores in town, the one item I needed was not in stock anywhere. Not AutoZone, not O'Reilly's and definitely not Pep Boys, since the auto parts division went under. Some of the store clerks recommended I check online. Which to my surprise I come across this auto part for the reservoir, here on Amazon.I just installed it and it fits perfect. I will never have to worry about the brake fluid reservoir again. To make sure it fits properly, I kind of pulled on it to make sure it seals tight and it does. So hooray for a good seal, so that no contaminants get in the brake fluid. It was worth the money I spent to get it quick, made of good quality plastic like my original piece, and it does what it's meant to do, seal the brake fluid reservoir.I am looking forward to driving around with a fully functioning cap on the brake fluid reservoir and have reliable brake fluid reach my tires without having the fear something could go wrong. Thank you Amazon for being the new Pep Boys when I need it the most.

The brake fluid cap did not fit my 2017 Pacifica even though the description said it would. Had to employ it anyway and secure it with duct tape until I can find one that fits.

This fit my 2015 Chrysler 200. Identical inside with the seal and the fit. Identical outside with the color and all the writing on it. I wasn't able to find this cap at any of the retailers and thought I would have to get from dealer. Started searching online and came across this one and ordered it. So glad I did.
