These finger cymbals (zills) are pretty to look at, but that is the only positive thing I have to say about them. The design, although nice, is not at all what was pictured in the description. One of the pictures I posted shows the zills as advertised on Amazon vs. the set I received. The design on the zills I received looks like a copy of one used by Saroyan on some of their zills, but at least the maker of these zills had the courtesy to replace Saroyan's Nefertiti image with a nondescript image of a Pharaoh.These zills are not matched in pitch and sound three different notes. Maybe it's the metal used or the different pitches played in combination, but whatever the cause, the ringtone is piercing and the sound hurt my eardrums when I played them, even if I tried to play softly.Also, the zills are not double-slotted. There is only a single hole to thread the elastic. Single-holed zills tend to wobble when you play them and are harder to control than double-slotted zills. I sent this set back.

These are real music instruments. Professional dancer cymbals, and no gimmick.Very well-packed (in plastic, in a box, in another box), and there was a small gift with it (bracelet.)The elastics are pre sown, and, in my case, only one fit a little loose. Whereas, it's even better. No sowing necessary. They have one hole only, and you just make a knot and pull the elastic through the hole.Wow.... what a simple difference with a massive effect. Much better user experience.There are cymbals on Amazon at half the price, but they're about 5% as good. Even the elastics are better (the wide one that don't cut your fingers) than other products I purchased here before.Clean, nice sound for dancers.
