I love this product and I’m very happy with it. The size is perfect, I like that it’s pretty big and deep enough to catch your herbs once you strip them. It also comes in a nice drawstring bag. The copper is super shiny and i personally love the indentations showing that it’s handmade. I can’t wait to keep using this.

This is a gorgeous product with a nice feel. But it doesn't pull the herbs off of finer stemmed plants (tarragon, cilantro, for example) without breaking stems. I've returned to using my fingers to slide down the stem on those. I think it may help with other firmer stemmed plants like parsley, but I use the stem when I dice that! So, basically it is useless to me, since I purchased it for the ones that were too delicate to easily get at with my hands.

I love to use fresh herbs when I cook, and I don't know why I didn't get something like this years ago!! This is really beautiful, and I love the hammered finish. Overall, it's really good quality and easy to use. It came packaged very nicely and would also make a great gift. I think this is really good quality for the price and I highly recommend it!

This herb stripper is very attractive and will look good in any kitchen. As long as the herbs being stripped are reasonably fresh, it will work well, but if the herbs are limp,...not perfect. The design is clever, and the "cupped" shape collects the stripped herbs nicely. One word of caution, however: The edges can be sharp, so the stripper should be handled with care, particularly if one allows children to "help" by using it. This stripper will also make a unique gift for anyone who is fond of kitchen gadgets.

I love the elegant look of this herb stem stripper. The copper is rich looking and goes so well in the kitchen, blending very nicely with our copper sink. It also comes with a nice storage pouch. I tried it out with some parsley, and it worked like a charm! All of the parsley leaves came off the stem very easily and quickly. Of course, I still had to mince up the leaves a bit, but that's to be expected. I don't know if this will work well with all herbs, but it sure worked well with parsley. I think this will be a very useful gadget to have in the kitchen, since we like to grow and cook with a lot of different herbs. Recommend!

I really put this herb device to the test yesterday while making an herb-based stew and it was great! The stripper does an amazing job of getting all the leafy parts of the herb off of the stem to reduce waste (for reference, I tested it on Italian parsley, dill, and cilantro). I did notice that it didn't work as well on wilted herbs, which is completely understandable so just be sure your herbs are fresh for best results.In addition to working well, I love the bronze and the handmade design which looks great on the countertop. The only caution I have is that I noticed the edges were a bit sharp in some places, so you might need to watch out for that. Otherwise, if you frequently cook with herbs this is a must-have product!

There was clear embossing of a foreign language on it with black in the indentions making it impossible to get rid of.
