The measurements are correct, and there's no scratches or blemishes on the sheet. (Which is, frankly, nice given the condition I've gotten metal from other sellers...)My only complaint is that there's no indication if this is 360 or 260 brass, so if that matters to you, its probably not a good option. And its a little weird the listing says "99.9% brass" given "brass" isn't an element and every variety of brass has a different composition. (Not knowing if this is 360 or 260, for example, means there's no way to know if it has any lead in it...)

I ordered 2mm thick pieces, however the pieces I received measure in at 1.65mm (with the protective film included). Gauge thicknesses differ by country and material, but this listing clearly states 2mm thickness.20% less material than advertised!For my purposes, I needed actual 2mm thickness. I could live with +/-5% but this is unacceptable.

This is a nice sheet of brass, cleanly press cut and no scratches on the surface. Comes with a protective film on one side. The finish is smooth and requires little work to prepare for a polished finish. There's no indication of what alloy this is, so if you need something specific, this probably isn't it. This probably isn't any standard brass alloy for that matter, else it'd likely say so. But for hobby use, it's fine. I couldn't find my lead test strips, so I can't attest to whether it's a free-machining type of brass or not, but you should always wear breathing protection when machining anyway, especially on unknown alloys. Overall, a reasonably priced piece of hobby brass.
