Bought this for my 10 month old. He’s a little young for the hammering, but there’s one hole that allows you to do a straight drop. That one he loves! It’s not incredibly stable so just monitor your kiddos while using it if they tend to try and climb on toys like mine. There’s some sharper edges for sure. I know it’s age ranges for older so this honestly is nothing against the toy. My 3 year old also loves it too, so win win. Overall great buy!

I love everything about this toy. I especially love the quality of the craftmanship with the genuine wood construction and everything sanded to a smooth finish before being stained clear or painted in bright primary colors. One of the fun features of this set is that while the first ball drops in the hole without a problem, the rest of the openings have a silicone seal that prevent the balls from dropping into the tray until baby knocks it through the opening using the tiny, colorful hammer. From there it zigzags to the bottom where your child can easily grab it and start the process again.Assembly is super simple - just 4 screws which attach the legs to the main frame, and are tightened with an Allen wrench which is included with the set. The set is also easy to clean by wiping with a damp cloth. It's also safe and non toxic and just the perfect developmental toy for a 1-3 year old child. Truly a five star product!

This is a fun toy. It is wooden, Montessori style toy. It’s fairly big. The only assembly I needed to do is to screw the two side parts for better support on each side. It requires 4 large screws and a tool, which were included in an envelope in the package. I had an impression that all 4 wholes would have the silicone ring insert which makes the balls being semi stuck in the hole and require you to hammer it down so it falls through. However 1 out of 4 wholes doesn’t have that silicone ring and just makes the ball freely fall through it. At first I thought it was a defect in the toy. Then I looked through the pictures of the product and realized that it is actually made like that by design and it’s not defective. It would be nice if this is mentioned somewhere in description. However, it’s not a deal breaker. It actually can be beneficial because my baby just likes to throw the ball through this fast whole and it’s good to hammer balls on the rest of the 3. Also the red ball came in slightly smaller size. When you hammer it it’s much easier and faster. I’m pretty happy with this toy, most importantly it’s non-toxic for my baby and helps him develop. I highly recommend it.

It feels very solid and well made.I have two tolder and this so far is passing their test. The reason I gave it 4 star instead of 5 is that one of the holes of the product I received came defective.Overall good product that serve his purpose.
