  • This handlebar extension kit includes dual clamp mounting base. The mounting base is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material with CNC machining and iii grade hard anodized surface for durability and reliability in the most demanding environments
  • The kit also comes with three soft rubber ring inserts that provide a snug fit and protect the mounting surface. Three rubber ring diameters: 0.875" (22mm), 1" (25.4mm), 1.125" (28.6mm). The rubber ring can be increased or decreased according to the diameter of the handlebars. The handlebar mounting base have a 1.26" (32mm) diameter mounting hole when without the rubber ring insert
  • The handlebar mounting base accommodates handlebars 0.875 inch (22mm) / 1 inch (25.4mm) / 1.125 inch (28.6mm) / 1.26 inch (32mm) in diameter. An Allen key is included with the package to facilitate your installation

This works well even with just one of the supports and all of the tube on one side. I put a 70 g light at the other end of the tube and everything is stable.The supports are thin enough (13 mm) to fit in tight spaces and they fit on curved portions of a 22.2 mm handlebar. They're long enough (about 70 mm) to keep accessories clear of your hands.If you need a longer tube any 22 mm OD carbon fiber tube will fit in the supports.

This shouldn't be advertised as a bicycle extender since it's 22mm in diameter instead of the regular 31.8mm diameter of most modern bicycle handlebars, that means that most of the accessories designed for said modern handlebars won't fit on this extender.
