It keeps the bread fresher for a longer time. I only wish there was a bigger deeper version for bread machine loaves. I just cut my loaf in half to fit it in.

The bread box works as I expected. It keeps an unwrapped loaf fresh for a week! The only bad thing i see about it so far is that after only a few uses and washes, the magnet that keeps the access flap secured has started to rust a little.
