The design is great and allows for many conveniences with storing bread. The storage capacity is great as well, allows me to store the sourdough bread in there. It seems like good quality, and keeps the bread nice and fresh.

I love the quality of this product and its functionality. It's sturdy material and the lid fits snuggly on top. The easy open door on the top and the date reminder are great features. The design is nice and the entire container sits perfectly in my cabinet. I added some bagels into it to test how well they will keep. I look forward to how well this bread box holds up when I make my homemade bread! A great gift for people who love pastries and baked goods. I'd definitely buy again :)

I currently bake my own bread and was storing it in the fridge. I learned fast this is the quickest way to have really dry bread. Or storing it in plastic storage containers which caused it to retain moisture and mold fast. So I figured it was time for a proper bread storage container.This has made such a difference in extending the life of my bread. And it is really good sized so I can store two of my loaves in it at the same time. Or one loaf and other pastry/bread items.My only complaint (and reason for losing one star) is that the way it was packaged caused one of the long sides to bow in. So the lid doesn’t go on and snap closed very easily. I have to mess with it a little bit. But, I love this one so much that I am considering getting a second. Although this is my first bread box and I am no bread or bread box expert, I would highly recommend.

Arrived well packed, well-constructed and holds plenty of bread. I make sourdough bread, and this will hold a loaf plus. With the little door you don't have to open the container each time you want a piece of bread. I recommend this if you want a well-constructed container to hold your homemade breads.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I need to share my feedback about this breadbox. It looks nothing like the old fashioned breadboxes that I remember from my childhood but it performs so much better. I have kept both homemade bread and store bought bread in it and it keeps it fresh and moist for a week at least. No mold and the bread stayed soft. I love the lid with the easy access latch enabling me to grab a slice without needing to take the lid off. And the month and day counter is very handy especially when the freshness lasts so long. I purchased the larger/taller size to make sure my homemade loaves would fit. This was a great find and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to keeping homemade bread in plastic.

It looks very nice but does not fit homemade bread. It does not keep my bread any longer than a plastic bag. The only way to use with homemade is cutting into slices.

Just what I needed for all the bread and cookies I have been making! It is just the right size and has a day/month indicator to keep you apprised of how long the bread or cookies have been in the box. Although fresh baked sweet bread and cookies do not last long!
