These are great the cooking and heating pads form to your shape and are not cold right out of the freezer love that the on the go cooling pads are useae for more than 4 hours

The purple pads are soft and comfortable. I keep them in the fridge but they microwave ok. They microwave a little unevenly so be careful when using them so it doesn't cause burning. They've been helpful with clogged ducts. The sticky hydrogel pads provided confort and protection when my nipples were sore from breastfeeding.

Nursing your baby can be one of the most exciting and fulfilling things you can do. However, it can also be very painful. These hot/cold gel pads are very helpful in relieving that pain. Sometimes you need the warmth for comfort and to help let down your milk, and other times you may need the cold relief for pain. So it’s great that these pads work both ways. I was disappointed that in the directions it did not say how to clean these pads. I think the best way would be to spot clean or gently hand wash them and let them air dry. It does say in the directions that one side is a soft, plush fabric. It is not, they are the same on both sides. I like that it is cut out for around the nipple. Also, in the instructions in a couple places it says there are six nipple covers, but there are only four. All other places in their description says that there are four. I was surprised that in their description online they talk about not being the cheapest, least expensive, hot/cold packs available because they want to maintain their quality, but I think $17 for this set is a great deal and the quality is not compromised!

I sooo wish that they sold just the gel pads!! These are like the Lansinoh ones but the gel pad is thicker. They last about 72 hours and are so comfortable!

I just used the hot/cold packs for the first time. 10 seconds in the microwave and it was crackling and bubbling up. Took it out and it was only warm in the areas that bubbled up. I don't recommend.

The little sticky pads don't stick. The one I tried did feel nice and cooling, but I had to cold it on. Perhaps if you have it inside of a snug bra that would help, but I am not really into wearing sports bras most of the time.The heating/cooling pads are ok. The first time I heated one the ends were hotter than the middle. The 2nd time I folded the ends under a little bit and that seemed to help even the temperature out more. About 15 seconds in my 1000 watt microwave is as much as I would want to be doing; any more than that is just too hot. These also need to be held in place, obviously, since they are not made to adhere in any way.

Bought these pads for my daughter as she’s breast feeding her baby. Ideal as they can be warmed in the microwave or placed in the fridge. She’s enjoying the no faf of using tea towels. Well happy with the product.

Love the cooling gel pads but the actual halo rings that you can heat or cool are a little heavy to be practical to wear for long periods.
