Just be aware this is a simple toaster, which is what I wanted. There is no bagel toasting setting. I love the color!

A real piece of garbage. The first one we ordered wouldn't lock dowñ. You had to hold it in the down position. Exchanged it for another one. The second one wouldn't eject the bread leaving you with burnt toast. After 8 months 3/4 the elements stopped getting hot and it wouldn't stay in the down position.

The 1st toaster I purchased seemed to have the handle missing. They placed a plastic form over the handle and it appeared that the handle had broken off. With no instructions in the box, I shipped it back. I reordered the item and when it arrived it had the same issue. This time when looking throughly at the item, I saw that the plastic form popped off and the handle was underneath. I plugged it in, tested it, and was impressed with the ease of use. I especially liked the easy way you could adjust just how dark you could make the toast. A fine product for the price although a simple instruction sheet would solve the plastic form for packaging problem!

Best toaster ever.Truthfully I bought it for the color to match my other appliances but WOW it makes the perfect bagel and toast every time. Well worth every penny.
