Simple answer to a simple problem. That of an over engineered fuel system. The diaphragm is easily installed once all the impedimentia put there by the designer. This part is used to pump gasoline up from the lower tank to a metering reservoir, the metering jets then draw fuel from this pool. Four screws, a couple simple adjustments and the tiller is running like it is supposed to. And just a little bad language directed at the design group. Works as intended, I would buy again if I had the same problem. Also recommend to others.
