Bought these to put around the house and was very skeptical upon receipt due to the size of the light and the copper wires holding them together. However, using nothing other than small strips of duck tape got them all up relatively quickly (I had three boxes - six strings) and they look great. My wife came out looking for the lights and couldn't see them until I pointed them out for her. Once it got dark, they automatically turned on. The only con is that the individual strands don't link together, however for solar powered lights that stay on all night it is no big deal. Nice product!!!

Lots of fun. Only complaint it that they start out with an insane blinking chasing etc pattern. I have them on a time so I go out every night to calm them down, shall we say? Once calmed down they are really versatile and fun.

Purchased these to use for our Christmas lights this year. STUNNING! Makes our tree look classy, and the other is outside and adds a little pop of festive for the holidays. I really like the copper-ish wiring, makes it easy to hang and attach to surfaces. The solar-powered feature is really cool.. just sits in the sun all day and stays lit all night. Would DEFINITELY recommend these to all, and will buy them again if I ever need them in another color.

I specifically looked up these lights from Brightown because of another set I had purchased previously because of how long their batteries last every night and am not disappointed at all. The color is perfect and just the right amount of brightness for our rock garden.

For reference, I purchased the purple, blue, and bright white lights.I intentionally held off on writing a review until I could see how these survived in Florida's hot and humid zone 10. These lights are truly amazing! I easily wove these into outside potted plants in February and, as of mid-October, these lights are working as great as they did on day one. I have used solar lights for a number of years and therefore expected some dimming or solar cell death by sun after a couple of months, but these lights just keep going. My neighbors love them and often comment when driving by in the evening. When I walk outside before sunrise, they are still on! I am so happy with this purchase and how they've performed that I came back to buy lots more. I would HIGHLY recommend these.

The plastic tubing is very thin, it came bent and creased tightly from the factory.I Opened it and hung them. They worked one night then never turned on again. I had thrown the box away after hanging them, so I was unable to return.

I haven't used them yet. I have a project going soon and will use the purple lights when that is completed. So far they look nice in the box.
