I have a serious "love/hate" relationship with Brightsign.Hardware is amazing, no really it is. Software on the other hand is the worst thing I have EVER used in my ENTIRE LIFE. In fact, the software is so bad, it will test your patience in way you never imagined. As you can see in the images I uploaded, it tested mine and clearly won.

Pros:- Works well.- Provides a way to do almost anything, including tickers, weather, continuous video play, time, date, logo, etc- No monthly expense. (This was huge for us, as most players charge $10-$30/TV/Month which ends up being thousands of dollars per month in useless fees.- The looping video feature works very well and is in high HD quality.Cons- Very difficult to setup- Must be an IT professional to get it working as you want- Any changes have to be pushed to each device/TV separately, and if that includes video, it can take 5-10 minutes per TV.- The photo quality in the photo slide show module is incredibly poor and the photos are totally pixelated, even if you export them in photoshop at the exact resolution that it needs. This isn't true of the Logo module, so I'm not sure why they downgraded and compressed the photos in the slideshow. It's such poor resolution that it's basically unusable.Because of the fact that BrightSign doesn't charge a monthly fee I will continue to buy these units and install them on our campus, but they are the polar opposite of "user-friendly". Everything about their setup is the stuff of nightmares. If you want something user-friendly and don't mind spending thousands a month on ongoing fees, then you will definitely want to go another route. However, if you are an IT professional then these devices can work very well and I would recommend getting a device, getting it setup and the kinks worked out and then switching your campus/church to these because they look good and have no ongoing cost.

Bought this unit for a very simple single lobby TV. Still fighting to get it set up and they won't even talk to you to even help you get it set up without paying $100 support charge.

Save your money if your think about buying this overpriced rubric cube of device. Its supposed to be a simple plug and play, using the Brightsign portal it appears that if you wanted to add a siriusxm subscription you could just add the login credentials along with with the serial number, but the headache comes when your player doesn't check as it should. Good luck getting some substantial troubleshooting as the only thing they'll do is have you submit log files to see what the issue is. I highly advise getting something more user friendly as this thing is straight up some tech out of the 80's.
