There is just so much to love about these lights. Easy to install (magnet backing is genius), motion sensors work incredibly well, terrific light pattern to light several stairs at once, light color is perfect, and the effect is so cool when walking up/down stairs. Make sure to test light placement prior to install or you'll get excess overlap.Consider buying two sets if you have a larger staircase. Also, these are similarly extremely useful to attach to metal surfaces as magnetic by default.My only criticism is one of the magnets popped out upon arrival. Nothing some super glue and patience to dry didn't resolve.

We live in an old house with a switchback staircase. There was no electricity run for lighting and I've been looking for a solution for years. I was skeptical of these lights at first, but we've been using them for a week now and they work great. I keep moving them around to see where to permanently place them.They're very sensitive to movement, so much that our cat sets them off throughout the night. All in all we really like them. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect! Our stairs can be dangerous at night going up and down in the dark. These lights are not only perfect to light up the dark stairs but give off a beautiful glow. The sensors work great and each light comes with a magnetic strip to remove the light, so you can easily replace the batteries when needed.I’m already ordering more for under our bathroom cabinets.

These were perfect for our stairs that lead into the house from the garage. They were motion activated and easy to install with the magnet and look like a professional installed them, but it was me!! 😉

I bought Brilliant Evolution stair lights in the past, so I thought I would reorder some more. These are not the same. I did not discover the complete difference until 3days past my return date, I knew they were a little different when I received them but as time went on I could really see the difference. The previous 3pac required 3 AA batteries. These require 4 AAA batteries. The previous lasted a long time before going off, they were bright and did not require as frequent a battery change. These are garbage. The previous were adhesive sick-on only but these have the magnetic strips on the back. I feel like I can't trust this product anymore. If you still purchase this product, make sure you get what you ordered. If you get the items requiring the 4AAA batteries, return immediately. They are garbage.

I wanted to use these for a 96 year old with a walker for down a dark hallway sometimes they come on most of the time they don"t. I"ll keep looking.

I already wrote a review right after I received this item, but I’ll say it again. I’m very dissapointed. It came falling out of its box and half of the sticky patches that are required were all loose and some lost.

Brilliant little lights, take 3 x AA batteries per light, very bright, fab for nipping downstairs for that forgotten glass of water, useful for children who wake in the night so they feel safe with a light and for elderly people who need the security of an instant light to help at night too. I thought they were expensive upon first glance but I would definitely purchase these lights again for sure.
