I got these for PT because they were the cheapest available. They appear to be solid rubber so there's not much left to say about them - they're very functional for PT, no idea how they are as lacrosse balls.Since they're solid rubber the solid ball at least would hold up to a moderate chewing dog but the one with the cutouts for "weight reduction" would probably get destroyed. Something to consider if you have a ball-loving dog and a tendency to leave your PT equipment lying around.

I purchased these for one reason. I needed to relieve the pain in my upper back and glutes. I've tried many techniques, foam rollers, and massage tools and could not find relief. I purchased this package of balls and it has been amazing. They are super hard. One is solid, and the other has deep grooves which I use less. If you're looking for a ball to use as a massage tool, this is a great product at an affordable price. Five stars!

Haven't tried the white ball yet, but the green weighted ball is great for breaking in a new pocket and checking for legality.
