I used this to anchor a few things around the yard and also in the front of the house and also to anchor some of our bikes in a large rack and it just works extremely well. The hooks on each side, make it very simple to move around, objects into anchor rings and secure many things at the same time highly recommended

It looks sturdier than I was expecting. Of course I won't do a cutting test, but should be more than enough for securing the bike to the car during a trip.The vinyl jacket seems to be thick and is well finished.Quite happy with the purchase.
