Quite useful for modelers who want to "square" one or more sides of a drilled hole in plastic. The sizes make them applicable for 1/72 and 1/48 aircraft applications, for instance.

Ordered three sets as back up and realized too late that they are all perfectly round. Absolutely useless. Unfortunately I cannot get my money back at this point.
