arrived well packaged, no damage to product. It was delivered on time and exactly as expected. This is our 3rd Nutone Central Vac in 35 years. This one had a different plug type than previous one, which required an electrician. It works wonderfully, quieter than previous model. Excellent suction exceeds our expectations.

This item was supposed to be new and it came used. There were parts missing and it was dirty.
