I love this set, the broom bristles are soft not stiff, they glide across the floor pretty smoothly, which is great for the finish on my floor, I don't have to worry about scratches, the dust pan it's pretty hard to get open pushing it on the floor, I have to pull it open with my hand, however it closes up tight and holds the broom without falling over, I'll deal with the stiffness of it opening, everything else is perfect

The dust pan with handle is quality made and catches all the crumbs without having you bend down. Such a back saver! I would recommend, however, if you are using the broom to dust your entire house, and often, to request the free extension pole to lengthen the broom handle, so you do not have to bend at all.

Do not buy. We opened it to discover how cheaply made it was and it would break after one use probably. I tried to return it but the seller wouldn’t give me a prepaid label. Then he made me ship it to Amazon warehouse and it’s been over a week and they refuse to give me my money back. If you want to waste your time and energy on a cheap item, they are the ones !

The dustpan is okay. However the broom is lower quality then one you would purchase from a dollar store unfortunately! I’ve purchased a lot of broom and dustpans like this on Amazon. This broom is the worst by far! There are many other ones to choose from and my advice is to check out the other because this one is sad! Thank you!
