I recently purchased this dustpan and broom set, and let me tell you, it has completely transformed my cleaning routine! With their exceptional quality and thoughtful design, these cleaning essentials have become my trusted partners in maintaining a spotless home. Allow me to share my delightful experience with this remarkable dustpan and broom duo.The dustpan and broom set is relatively lightweight, making it easy to handle and maneuver around different areas of the house. Cleaning up after use is a breeze, as the dustpan can be easily emptied with a simple flip of the handle. This feature saves time and eliminates the need to touch the collected dirt, promoting hygiene. In terms of durability, both the dustpan and broom have held up well during my use. They have proven to be sturdy enough to withstand regular cleaning tasks without showing signs of wear and tear. I appreciate the long-lasting quality of this set, as it ensures that I won't need to replace them anytime soon.

The video showing assembly needs to be further away so that we can see the entire length of the poles being matched and attached. When poles are screwed in tight, the handle at the top of both dustpan and brush are not aligned with the bottom, so that when you hold the handle of the dustpan, the dustpan pan itself is turned at a different angle, away from the handle, & it would be awkward to hold it that way. Same for the brush; the hangup handle for the brush does not align with the 180 degree brush so that if hung, the brush would not lay flat against the wall. I wiggled both handles & bottoms to adjust & hope that later they do not fall apart for being loosened in order to align. The brush, altho very slick and slippery, does a good job of sweeping up dust, dirt, and hair from my tile and wood floors. The slickness of the brush also helps greatly in cleaning it of dirt and hair. The dirt slips off easily. I love the feature of the 'claws' on the dustpan that pull the dirt out of the brush - great idea. Fewer trips out to the porch to flick the bristles and clean. One thing I'm fussy about is when you brush the dirt into the pan, that the dirt does not get stuck at the front lip of the pan. I've had that before, makes for a useless dustpan. This dustpan is good for accepting almost the entire line of dirt and hair, except for the faintest trace of dust that is left outside, & I don't mind brushing just one more time which then takes in all the dust and dirt into the dustpan. Satisfied with performance, just got it today, so need time to know whether it's flimsiness will be an issue. There is a picture herein of a broken pole, submitted by another customer, so it is fragile and that issue may need addressing, especially since I both tightened and loosened some pole ends for alignment with dustpan & brush. Picture attached. On the website the brush is attached to the dustpan with the bristles inserted thru the claws, separating the bristles into clumps. I attached my brush above the claws in case this protects the bristles from being separated into clumps with spaces between; which does not make for a good brush.Addendum: On further use, the broom does loosen at the joints as I'm using it, I have to re-tighten again & then the handle does not align with brush for hanging flat against the wall. Design could be better.

The package came with 6 poles to screw together for the set (3 for the broom, and 3 for the bucket). After initially using all 3 for the dust bucket, I decided that the handle was way too long, and 2 pole lengths were perfect. I am 6 feet tall for reference. My daughter who likes to clean is 5'4", and this is perfect for her too. I also used a metal glue on the inside threads of each piece to make sure the bucket or broom bristles don't break off, as another review had mentioned them breaking. Even before I glued it together, I feel it would take some harsh treatment to break off, but glued it anyway as a precaution. I bought this set and the glue at the same time. I decided to buy this set because it is so cute. The navy and light blues match my home decor(not just the crate! Ha ha!). Plus, the comb that rakes the hair off of the broom is truly delightful. I feel that this is very sturdy now, and a great addition to my cleaning routine. The bucket snaps into place, requiring pressure on the top of the bucket in order to open it to a vertical position. Before this, I had to bend down to collect the dirt. Not anymore!!!! 5 stars!!!!

UPDATE- I super-glued all the joints on the broom handle & and into the head. Literally ran a line of glue down the threads, screwed it together, and let it sit for a day or two. So far, it hasn't come apart. when it does, I'll just glue it again, I guess. Also wish the dustbin was about 2" wider than the broom head ... Overall, it's ok. It takes care of the pet hair on the wood floor factor. Just don't use it for any 'heavy' sweeping! Sure wouldn't buy it again, though! So, bought this after many searches ... I'm a 66 yo American woman, 5'7" ... (Please, no whatever offenses there may be perceived today intended - just facts!) I actually love the broom head - I have 5 animals & and wood floors, so to say that I cannot understand why all my furbabies are not totally naked (due to the never-ending hair factory) is not an exaggeration! This broom head is awesome in chasing down that hair! LOVE the dustbin thing! (Those 'fingers' really do work!) The broomhead is perfect for chasing down hair on wood floors .. it is MUCH smaller/shorter than what you would buy at the store ... but it gets into small spaces my standard broom can't get into. That being said, the downside is - the screw-on handles (WAY too short for me!) are CONSTANTLY unscrewing ... so I'm thinking of ways to fix it - #1 duct tape the joins. # 2 Super-Glue the joints or #3 - buy an entirely new solid wood taller handle (or see if the old broom handle fits), so in reality, it's kinda like why bother? But I do like the dust bin and brush head ... still haven't decided (with my options to 'fix' the issues) whether or not it's really worth the money ...

The product quality is very good. BUT. It’s heavy. So my arm gets tired fast. Secondly the pan is non rotating. Thirdly the brush is quite bad in the sense that the bristles part is short and wide at a very weird angle. The plastic attachment into which the bristles are fitted is so big that every time I attempt at sweeping the rubbish into the pan it keeps hitting the pan and obstructing. It’s very irritating. Thirdly the handle of the brush is too long. Very inconvenient and tiring while sweeping. Fourthly the shape of the brush rod is slanting for God knows what reason. It simply refuses to stand straight against the wall. Didn’t like this product at all.

Product is good but I didn't get the color blue and the handle is not long as mentioned in Product discription, I used it immediately to check and ones used you should not return . Though the quality is good I shall manage . But Product should be as described.
