Nice Product Once You Get The Correct Product.... My first order Amazon sent me the wrong product that was in a clear plastic bag with the correct product ASIN†:‎ B008TXT34Y on it. I returned it & decided to try once more to get the correct product. Huray, the correct one was sent. I needed one with no cross wires /braces going across the surface of the skimmer. So far, the second product is working very well for my needs. You need to be careful of the occasional mesh wire sticking out from the edge on the bottom of the skimmer.

For a long time I've wanted a strainer to use in my deep fryer between oil changes to get the coating mix off the bottom round strainers don't work... I finally went looking for a square one figured this was some cheap make do item and was so surprised it's wonderful restaurant quality I love it!!!

I use this for skimming hay out of my horses water tub. It doesn't have as strong a handle as my last one

A cool utensil. One bit of advice: check the size before you buy it. It's pretty big, a little too big for the little home cooking project I had in mind. But it's just what the ad copy promises!

It's nice to have found a skimmer that will fit into corners to get floating pieces.
