Solid hooks. I did buy metal EZ Anchors because I put them on a hollow core door - the back of the guest bathroom door. But I believe the regular anchors would work in Sheetrock.

The actual hooks are great. The installation screws are garbage. I knew I had alternatives made of harder metal so the comments about the screws were discounted in my decision.
