Let’s put the price of $32.00 aside for now. The box they put this in was absolutely amazing. Completely supported on all sides, soil was protected to not fall out, the tree wouldn’t hit any side of the box and if it was put on the wrong side up, it would hold its integrity 100%. Amazing how they worked out every possibility of shipping failure to achieve this level of packaging with such a delicate item. The ceramic pot was protected with dense foam in triplicate to ensure it was in tack. The tree looks so much like the online pics, it’s astonishing. And now,.,.,.,. For $32.00 in today’s crazy inflation market, this is well worth the price for an authentic bonsai tree. Not a plant, this is a well groomed tree and with care I will have it for years to come. I can’t say enough about my enjoyment with this bonsai. BTW, when asked friends what they think it cost, they said from $80 to $120. 5 stars!!!

The tree came very well packaged. There was plastic over the soil, thick padding around the pot, and cardboard protecting the tree. The tree itself was healthy, full and green and so far shows no sign of transport shock. The tree I received looked much better than the picture! What a pleasant surprise. The pot is decent quality and compliments the bonsai well.I couldn't be happier with my new Green Mound Juniper from Brussels. 5 stars. A definite recommend.

This thing is HUGE. Way bigger than I expected. It's packed nicely - big box, upright, packed with packing peanuts thank goodness. If they used those dumb air balloon things it would not have made it! Base is wrapped in plastic, very damp. This is in turn wrapped in black padding - very thick and protective.The tree looks amazing, and I am excited to see how it will grow. Some of the branches have some brown/dead bits to them, but overall it is green and looks healthy. I hope it stands the test of time! So far it's super pretty!!!

I received my Bonsai in excellent condition. It is approximately 16†tall (from bottom of pot to the top of the tree), nicely shaped, green and healthy. It came in a dark brown pot which is reasonably attractive. I purchased a tray that I filled with round white pebbles to place it on. Information was supplied with it to help you keep it healthy and growing. As of this review it has been about a month since I received the tree. It still looks very healthy and I am pleased with the purchase. If it now becomes unhealthy and dies it will be my fault. Hopefully that will not happen.
