I like that this package arrived on time and the plant lived well through the shipping process. It was well-packaged and arrived nicely bundled for all the things. It does say that it's an outdoor plant, but not sure that will work at our altitude/cold, and I wish I'd seen that more clearly described in the description, and I believe I read things thoroughly in comparing prices/companies, etc. We may try outdoor time when it warms up in May. We've had it for a month and it's doing well, so overall I'd recommend this Bonsai company. No issues, and it looks nice and is a fine size for the price. Needless to say, she loved it!

Came exactly on time for my son’s 21st Birthday! Excellent packing in box, is absolutely beautiful and healthy. I can’t say enough good things-I did not realize it is an outdoor tree, but that’s ok, that was my fault for not checking or looking closer! Still love it, highly recommend!

I bought this for my husband for his birthday happy to have the 30 day warranty on it. Before 30 days was up the tree turned brown and died. I called the company and they gave me a run around said I must not have watered it enough after I told them the soil was always moist never dry and that the humidity tray that they sent with the tree was always wet. I was then told that that tray does nothing (?!) and that I SAID I was watering it incorrectly. It seems they just didn’t want to stand behind their product. Disappointing to say the least.

I’ve ordered plants from several different companies on Amazon with mixed results. I took a chance on this as a birthday present for my mother. She loves it. The tree was carefully packaged, arrived with no damage. Beautiful. My only complaint is that the ceramic pot that arrived isn’t colorful & glossy like in some of the pictures, which is a little misleading.I’ll post an updated review when I visit over the holidays.

Made a mistake and bought another...from a different company. Got a stick to throw to my dog. THIS bonsai is perfect. Beautiful, comes with pot and under pot. I LOVE it. Do NOT go anywhere else (unless you're a twig collector and then, go for it!

This is about the 6th tree I have ordered from Brussels and generally have had good luck. However, this time didn't turn out great. The tree I ordered was just thrown in the box and left to bounce around with zero internal packing. As a result, one of the trunks is snapped nearly in half. The tree will live and I have had decent luck in the past, so not a huge deal but just a bit disappointed this time.

Worked out excellent! Only downside is: LABEL ON OUTSIDE OF SHIPPING BOX!! Bad idea to have shipped to same residence as the person getting given this item as a gift because it is a dead giveaway! Hahaha, but otherwise packaged very well and the tree is healthy.
