The plant arrived in excellent condition, and looks very healthy and beautiful. It also came with a bag of rocks, and I added half of them on top.

Watered and cared for tree according to instructions. Despite the careful attention, it's dead within 2 months of receiving it. Don't bother buying unless you want an expensive, dead, little tree. Looked great and was very cute when it arrived but it went downhill from that point.

Came like the photo. Very good quality. I bought two bonsai trees and am changing my review to a 4. The issue I have with the Green Mound Juniper is an infestation of spider mites when receiving it. Neem oil didn’t help. Removal of old soil with new bonsai soil, throughout cleaning of the leaves, different methods of cleaning all have ended up with spider mites coming back and killing my trees :( it is a great addition to add to your desk and as a gift. However, just make sure you take care of those mites. They will literally kill your tree at all costs 🥲

Not the fault of Brussels, You can see box was mishandled by UPS. Tree seems alright, going to repot and see if it survives. Pot was completely demolished. Second tree, I've purchased from Brussels. Very happy with their product.

Am I being unreasonable to expect a tree in the cool vertical style and shape of the one advertised? The more vertical tree shape rather than the typical mound is the reason why I bought this tree. Okay now, Here's a real shocker . . . The tree I received looks nothing like the one in the picture! Crazy right? I mean that never happens. Anyway, Its a typical mound style, more horizontal than vertical, and came in a boring white pot instead of the cool looking blue pot in the pic. I'm Not surprised by any of this but its still disappointing.The tree seems healthy, very green, and came expertly packaged.
