This butcher paper is perfect for smoking brisket. You know, there are lots of choices in brick and mortar stores. For instance, my local hardware store carries the biggest name in smokers. They sell the branded butcher paper for 125% more for the same thing as I bought on Amazon. The only difference is the logo printed on the paper.

This is a great paper for smoking meats in our pellet smoker. There's a definite difference when wrapped in butcher paper versus aluminum foil. The butcher paper meats always retain great moisture and seem to be more tender. The sturdy box makes it easy to use because it has a cutting edge.
