This set is fun and is a good quality. I made them with my grand daughter who is 10yrs. We had a good time and they made good sun catchers. The colors are not as brilliant as they looked on line, however, they are still pretty.

This was my first foray into Diamond Painting so I wanted to do something I felt size wise would be comfortable for me and useful to use after I was done. These staiined glass looking Diamond Painting Art hangings I felt were a nice do able size not to overwhelming for my first time and defiantly if it came out good I could hang one at my house and give one to my best friend who lives in another state from me or if I didn’t care for it they weren’t that expensive that I was out a lot of money. But i ended up loving it. I am in my 60’s and am finding it boring to crochet and knit so this is something I was hoping I would like to do and the Kits don’t seem all that expensive. I also like that they come all inclusive even though I use a different pen then what it comes with and different wax. I actually don’t even use wax I use micro gliue dots that I found out by watching on YOUTUBE hints and tricks. I think the direction with this kit was very easy to read and follow and the Diamond Painting themselves were of good quality and sticky so the drills stuck just fine. These came out very pretty and I feel that it was a good first foray into the world of diamond painting because they weren't so huge that I felt overwhelmed.

I have a weekly facetime craft night with my cousins. They're all doing diamond art right now, and I just sit and chat! I ordered a few kits so I could join them crafting but had no idea exactly how to do it. I opened this kit today and the instructions were horrible! No wonder so many reviews were negative! Luckily, my family are pros and explained what I needed to do. 1) Remove clear plastic cover on the cling and lay it the corresponding color picture (sticky side of cling up). I used a tiny piece of tape on and edge so it wouldn't move around.2) Pour one color of "diamonds" out into the tray. Take the pen and push it into that red/orange square - a little of it will stick on the pen.3) Pick up a diamond with the pen and place it in appropriate area on the cling. Continue until completed.4) These are not true window clings. Take one of the white squares (there's a sheet of them with 12 on it) and stick it on the back center of the cling and then remove the white paper. It's a double-sided piece of tape.5) Stick onto your window and admire😉I do agree with a lot of the reviews, in that the gems are pretty cheap looking plastic. But this was pretty inexpensive, and I didn't want to spend a lot when I didn't know exactly what I was doing or if I'd even like doing it!

Not a true diamond art project. Instructions not clear but more of a guess. Dots and project not numbered. Difficult to decide what color goes where. Short a few dots of one color. Very pretty but have no idea what to do with it as it is not a cling or a true sun catcher.

Fun project. I enjoyed these enough to buy a second set. These are not really window clings but still nice. They come with a set of sticky double sided pieces to stick on a window and they are not reusable. However they do send extra tape pieces.

These are great. They are true sun catchers as the diamonds do not have silver backing on them, the sun shines right through them. The diamonds are bigger so this would be a nice project for younger kids to do. After reading how differentiating the colors was a little difficult, I took my time figuring out the color schemes for each which wasn’t too difficult. They are super easy to do and they look great when they are done. I’ve been thinking about buying another set and gluing the mandalas together back to back to make a mobile. Just a thought. I wish Breslin offered more sun catchers like these.
