I purchased the pump and thinner tubes. This pump works for the thick tube came with the pump. To be honest I’m quite disappointed.

If this pump holds up, I will be very happy. It is bare-bones, but flat-out works for my application in a basic science laboratory. The cost is very reasonable. Wide range of pumping rate. Will update review if there is a problem in the future (reliability is the key ingredient; it's a simple pump!), but so far, very happy with this pump.
