These teacups are so pretty but unfortunately mine came with a chip on the blue lid. In the gift box is a warranty card that reads: If there is any issues (defect, damage ...) with the product, to send them an email with your order number and mailing address. We will send you a replacement ASAP.I emailed them and they replaced it just as they said. Great customer service!!I would buy from this company again!!

To start off, they came in a beautiful package and packed extremely well with lots of padding. It was like unwrapping an elegant gift with the satin fabric inside, they are absolutely beautiful, and I feel like royalty when drinking my beautiful herbal tea out of them. Highly recommended if you enjoy some luxury while drinking hot tea or coffee.

Got these for my wife as a just because present and they are so incredibly beautiful. I was so pleasantly surprised I actually bought a second set in case these break since there glass not because there cheaply made or anything. There a perfect gift!

The set came quickly and in a very nice box, all wrapped and intact. The glasses are as they look, very pretty and detailed. They have a decent weight to them, not cheap feeling. If you know a collector or someone who loves tea.. this is perfect.
