I own a lot of sets of 72 colored pencils. Much more than I need, but hey -- they make me happy, and I use them. Each set has its own traveling case, and of all of the cases I own, this model is my favorite. It is small, easy to fit in a tote bag, but unlike the more compact cases, it only has three zippered compartments to open to make all of the pencils available. The canvas cloth cover is very pretty -- I got blue, and will be getting more colors to replace my other cases -- and easy to keep clean. Each pencil has its own elastic slot, and they are snug without being too tight for ease of use. There are three extra slots for accessories. I keep an eraser, a metal sharpener, and a pencil extender in these slots. Highly recommended, and a great quality product.

I just got this today, so it's a five-star review based on one hour of use. First, it is intensely, startlingly pink. If you're looking for a case that looks cool and quasi-professional, you might want to check out the blue version of the same product. I bought this for Crayola twistable coloured pencils, based on another customer's photo of those pencils in this case. I found that I had to skip 2-3 loops per "page" to accommodate the pencils (or maybe I wasn't forceful enough putting them into the elastic, but whatever) so my 50-pack filled two of the sections plus a few in the third one. I put 3 colours I don't use often in the third one, so the rest of the section is available for pencils I'm using for whatever I have in progress. I'm a nervous flier who travels often, so I chose this case specifically for the not-too-much capacity, and the fact that I can clip the wrist strap to a neck lanyard, so my pencils can't get away from me mid-flight. The case is a good size and weight for that purpose, and while I haven't road-tested it yet, the construction does seem appropriately durable -- no gaps, no dangling threads, no spots where the seam is a little too close to the frayed edge of the material. The zipper pulls feel just a bit flimsy, but the quality looks overall good for the price.

This versatile case has solved the organization of my watercolor pencils perfectly. I was able to place the 72 Kalour set I just purchased, along with the 12 Derwents that I have carried for a long time in a tin box that kept falling open. Problem solved! The purple color is lovely, and I really like the "pages" of pens, making each one easy to use, while keeping them safe and secure. There is even room to put my water brushes in it without straining the zippers. Such a handy portable carrier! I am a happy card making scrapbooker!

The case itself is made of a slightly textured polyester (or similar) fabric. I bought this for colored pencils, and the individual elastic loops mean that when you take one pencil out, the others stay in place. They fit snugly, but not so tight that I have to fight to get them in and out. No more having to shuffle the pencils around and then risk dropping them on a hard surface (which can break the leads in various places throughout the pencils and more or less ruin them). I bought the color listed as 'green'. It's actually a vibrant, dark turquoise, though the zipper is a somewhat lighter shade of the same color. GREAT size for traveling, especially if you add a slim, mini coloring book or doodle pad.

I wanted a case for my colored Pencils to get them out of the zip lock bag I've been storing them in and this case fits the bill perfectly. I have room for all my Pencils plus gel pens and a mechanical pencil. The elastic bands are just right - hold them in place but easy to take out and put back. The quality seems quite good though I've only just started using it so time will tell. Also love the bright purple color!

I love sharpies and I have well over 100, probably 200. With this zipper case I now have them organized by color family. All shades of one color are on the same page and when I’m finished with them go or the day they are all zipped away safely in one space and ready for the next use at just a touch
