I've tried a bunch of different animal beddings over the years, and paper beddings seem to do the best with small animals. They don't often give off a lot of dust, they're not harmful to the animal itself, and they usually absorb urine and odors better than wood shavings (plus it's more comfy for tiny little feet!).Bucatstate bedding was not only a good value for my money, but I also liked the color to add a little 'zip' to my hammy's enclosure! My hamster loves to burrow in it for sleep, I haven't had to spot clean it as much (absorbent), and the size of the package means I won't have to replenish it again for quite a bit - it'll last me for quite a while! I can't say that it's 100% dust-free... but the amount of dust it DOES produce is very, very low (like, next-to-nothing).I will definitely purchase this again, and totally recommend it as well!

This pink bedding makes my little Mia girl look so pretty!🥰 it's very soft! I've used other brands of bedding that claim to be 99.9% dust free which never turns out to be true, however, this had zero dust when I filled her cage with it. I saw some reviews say it had some kind of odor to it but personally I did not smell anything. I bought the 70L bag and only needed about half of it to fill her cage.

This bedding is SO fun. I usually stick with white for my hamsters, but went with the blue this time. It looks so fun! It is not dusty at all. It reminds me more of tissue paper than cotton balls, but is still soft. I did notice a smell, but nothing overwhelming and not a bad smell. I couldn't put my finger on what kind of smell it was, but I did not feel like it was strong or offensive to me or my hamster. I have the large bucatstate 3.0 cage so one bag was perfect for a top layer to decorate. I use platforms with nine inch legs so that my hamsters have deep bedding to burrow and enjoy and this bedding added festivity and fun all around the enrichment. This bedding was a great addition to our hamster's cage and I recommend this brand. I have really enjoyed all the Bucatstate items I have bought for our hamsters, and we have bought many.

I chose the color confetti (white, pink, and blue) from their total of 4 options, they come in sizes 20L and 50L (for the colored bedding options) which makes them the perfect size if you’re looking for a bedding topper to add a splash of color into your setup 🙌•This is the most dust-free bedding I’ve tried to date, and if you’re anything like me, finding a low dust bedding is very important to me as I want to minimize the risk of any respiratory issues with my beloved hams•I’ll be honest, I was expecting the texture to be hard with larger pieces like some other colored bedding options out there, but I was surprised to find the texture very similar to types of bedding that many of us use as our main bedding, soft with smaller pieces, perfect to hold burrows. With that being said, I would not personally use this as my main bedding simply because of how small the bags are along with the price. However if you are able too this would make an amazing main bedding and in my opinion it makes an even more amazing topper 🩷ðŸ¹

as soon as I opened it, the smell made me gag. i didn't want to use it but I couldn't replace it at the time. he ended up with one red eye after I started using it. do not buy it.

I purchased this for a broody hen I had in early fall.She wasn't loving the standard pine shavings for her nest so I thought I would try something new.Not only did she love building her nest with it but after the babies hatched it was soooo much cleaner and softer and NO DUST!When the chicks were a couple of weeks old I ran out and put pine shavings in the coop and they avoided them like the plague.I will only ever use these shavings now with brooding hens and baby chicks.

This is my first experience using BUCATSTATE pet bedding. I just purchased the BUCATSTATE enclosure so I was super excited to try the bedding as I looove the colorful options. I was impressed by the packaging and quick shipping. The bedding itself it’s so soft and fluffy and one bag covers a ton of surface once fluffed up. I used two bags and it filled my 120 cm long tank quite a few inches. There was absolutely no noticeable dust upon putting it inside the tank. I will be buying more soon! BUCATSTATE makes amazing products. I can’t wait to see how much my gerbils love this.

I’ve tried all the bedding (I mean ALL) and I can without a doubt say that this tops my list. It’s clean, soft, the most dust-free ever, holds tunnels, and is so nicely packaged and has a spot to tear it open nicely! Well done Bucatstate! I’m a fan!

I got this for my syrian hamster who loves paper bedding for her nest. It is, as described, ultra-soft and unscented. I’ve tried many other paper bedding brands and this one is the most dust-free I’ve known so far. I like the vibrant red and green hues for a holiday spirit. I really hope they keep doing this edition! I would love to see a summer/camp version with a dark green shade. I don’t particularly like the pink or light blue mix, that’s why I’m never going to get those colors. If I had to reorder, I’ll choose white! Also, since the paper bedding is ultra-soft, it won’t fill the tank as much as some other brands with thicker texture. Therefore, I plan on using this for places where I know my hamster would make a nest, or as a top layer. Customer service was excellent, as always. Only downside was the bag which had a minor tear at the bottom (not sure if it was due to delivery or something else). Thank you Bucatstate for making this version soft and cozy for the wellbeing of our hamsters!

I use this bedding for my guinea pigs’ litter boxes and my hamsters’ potty corners. Overall, I am quite pleased with all absorbent, scentless and soft the paper bedding is. 4 stars as it is a bit pricy for the quantity (I bought the 70 litters white paper bedding).

I love all the colours they offer! This will be great for our Christmas set up! Can mix with aspen pine to stretch the bag further! You can’t go wrong with this brand they make great stuff! Definitely will be buying again.
