These buckles are exactly like the old broken ones I had to replace. They work great and were easy to install. I highly recommend using these if you need a good 1-inch buckle!

My super chewer pup destroyed the buckle on her Halo dog collar. These are the same size, so I swapped these buckles on while we wait for a replacement from the company. They are a heavy plastic and have a strong hold. Easy to clip and unclip. Holding up perfectly. Will definitely keep these as a back up for this collar in case she destroys the replacement again

I bought a used backpack that was missing buckles.Got these as a replacement and they work just as well as the originals and are compatible. Decently priced and easy to install.

Very hard to open in a pinch without having to focus to try to open that thing. I modded mine (see pictures) by removing the internal support of the outside pins with a blade (mod A). I got it pretty close to the feeling of the ones I am trying to replace. I also did another slight mod (mod B) to get that extra smooth feeling, by cutting a chamfer with a knife on the outside edge of the outside pins. Now they behave like the ones I am replacing.
