These are well-made, quite elegant leashes. The diagonal Rob Roy MacGregor plaid is very nice, but is attached/bonded to a plain black, heavier duty leash. I was a little disappointed that the plaid was not on both sides - this is the reason I rated it at 4 stars, rather than 5. Even at that, they appear to be worth the price. We have a brace of Scotties (two sisters, one Black and one Wheaten), and they wear collars of the same pattern. ERSJR

Doesn't match the collar. Larger plaid design and more orange than red. The leash seem nice and durable but I got it to match the collars for the holiday season, with that in mind I was disappointed with the mismatch.

These leashes were cute, but super thin. Not strong enough for my lab puppies. Because they're so thin, when the puppies would pull, I would get rope burn. I returned them.

The clasp on the leash is very cheap and certainly not worth the ~$30 cost. We didn't even use it for fear that our puppy was going to tug and break it.It is also very difficult to open and close. Poorly manufactured.
