One of the numbers came damaged but customer service quickly sent me a new one. Beyond this, the product was easy to put together and looked fantastic for my event. Would definitely purchase again!

Super easy to put together, link to video instructions and written ones were included. One of my numbers arrived torn, they replaced it quickly and it arrived the next day - in time for our event.

I liked this product. I got the 4ft #70. I do balloon decor and used it for one of my setups. It was tall as promised but it was kind of tedious and time consuming to set up mostly because the labels nor instructions were clear at all and this isn’t my first time creating letters, I usually do them on my own from scratch using cardboard & I still found this a bit difficult & time consuming. It was also hard to hot glue it bc the pieces didn’t match together well.

Putting together is definitely a project, but one done it does last. It travelled to 3 separate 60th birthday parties. Value for the price is excellent.

Bought 2 sets for our party and they were the perfect addition and decor for our girls party. I was even able to resell both sets quickly to others planning parties.
