Item arrived damaged, but repairable and useable. at 225lbs I put it at max length and on supports, tested ok. Not the same quality as a Werner, or other premium brand but useable. The method of riveting it together allows for it to rack slightly and bind. I couldn't find a link to message the manufacturer. . I would not load this to the rated capacity of 440lbs at full extension, possibly at half.
