I just started my candle making hobby. For my big candles, I space out a few of these so it'll burn more evenly.Pro-tip: wrap aluminum foil around the outside of the glass to gently heat up the sides of the candle to get an all-over slow melt. You use your ENTIRE candle this way! I've been doing this for several years to get the most use out of my candles.

works well, just happens to be too thin of a wick for the candles i'm trying to rejuvenate (ie anthropologie blue volcano candles). These particular wicks burned a lot faster than the candle so I wound up with like 6 new wicks at a time.

The good: the stickers really hold the wicks in place.The problem is, the wicks immediately become limp and sag when you pour the wax in. This creates a challenge keeping the wick taught and straight. And I see there is a concave near the wick after it dries.I will try a different company next time and a different wick stabilizer.

The wicks allow for bigger flames than the candle I had bought, and in turn smokier.Might be good for a lamp, but I would not recommend for candles.
